1. Bachelor in Accountant 1961 Benghazi

2. Masters in Taxes Accountancy 1971 Cairo.

3. Worked in tax Administration since his graduation 1961 till end of 1982, he was graduating in the administration from Commercial Accounts Auditor to General Manager

4. General Manager of Benghazi Tax administration for 15 years

5. Chairman of Libyan Tax Administration for many periods

6. Ex-Member of committees of studying, auditing and preparation of Laws & regulations related to tax, which were issued and still exist.

7. Member of Board & Deputy General Manager in one of the joint venture companies between Arab Libyan Foreign Investment Company and Greek company( 1983 - 1988 )

8. Financial Consultant at Ministry of Treasury ( 1989 – 1993 choosing retirement

9. He has participated in many committees to setup Administrative and Financial Regulation for many national companies.

10. Issued a book entitled ( Analysis Study for Taxes on Companies & their Accountancy with comparison Study) 1976

11. He has a book entitled (the Intermediate in the Libyan Tax Legislation-Specific Taxes & General Tax) under publication.

12. Enrolled Taxation Accountant in Civil Court
